Rookie-Cookie Shout Out

You have to go to this blog. She has yet to dissapoint. Last night we had Black bean/Vegetable burritoes. I loved them. The kids even all ate them. The peppers and onions were oh so sweet. We ate them with rice--I would have added cilantro to that, but alas, I am alone in my love affair with the green stuff. Anyhow, just a resource I am loving lots in my cooking right now.
